As a Telesales representative, you will play a crucial role in serving our customers by providing product and service information, resolving inquiries, and assisting with their needs.

    Responsibilities:

    Handle incoming calls from potential customers and provide information about our products and services.

    Attract and engage potential customers by addressing their queries and suggesting suitable products and services.

    Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

    Skills Required:

    Proficiency in Basic English.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

    Education:

    Minimum 12th Standard / PUC qualification required.

    Female candidates are preferred for this position.
