- To receive and deliver messages accurately and completely.
- To guide and counsel patients according to their queries.
- Understand patient queries / request and act accordingly.
- Inbound or Outbound Calls.
- No rotational shift. Only General/Morning Shift.
Job Location:
Andheri East
Working Time: 9 am to 6 pm (Mon-Sat).
Experience:
Fresher to Max. 2 Year.
Industry- Any / Medical / Healthcare / Hospitals / Pharma.
Skills:
Communication, Counselling, Sales, Fluent in English.
Functional Area- Patient Counselling / Patient Co-Ordination / Patient Communication / Patient Care / Patient Relation / Patient Associate.
