Customer Care Executive - Gurgaon, India - AWE-INSPIRING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED
Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle the chat process and promptly answer the queries of the customers over whatsapp
- Should clarify customers queries and give an appropriate solution
- Handling customers objections & complaints
- Timely revert to clients/customers without any missing information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain customer records by updating all relevant information in the database
- Good negotiaition and convincing skills.
Salary:
₹16, ₹24,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
