Description

Technologies:
Figma, Adobe XD design tools, Photoshop design tools, etc.


Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and user needs through collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and optimized for usability.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is accurate and aligned with the intended user experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of user experience throughout the design process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and cohesive user experiences across all platforms.
Work within project timelines and effectively prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Provide design guidance and support to other team members as needed.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) or other industry-standard software.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile app design.
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Experience with user analytics and data-driven design decisions.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
