Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:_

Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver wellstructured lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum for upper primary and secondary levels, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and handson practical experiences.
Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation, collaboration, and respect. Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a conducive atmosphere for learning.
Handson Experiments: Organize and conduct ageappropriate experiments, demonstrations and outdoor activities to enhance students' understanding of scientific principles and environmental concepts.
Assessment and Feedback: Implement fair and constructive assessment strategies to evaluate student progress. Provide timely and meaningful feedback to students and collaborate with colleagues to address individual learning needs.
Technology Integration: Incorporate relevant educational technology tools and resources to enhance the teaching and learning experience, keeping abreast of advancements in educational technology.
Environmental Education: Integrate environmental sciences into the curriculum, fostering awareness and responsibility for environmental conservation. Organize ecofriendly initiatives, projects and field trips to reinforce environmental concepts.
Professional Development: Stay updated on educational trends, pedagogical methods and advancements in science and environmental sciences. Participate in workshops, conferences and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:_

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Botany, Zoology or a related field.
Teaching certification or qualification from a recognized institution.
Prior teaching experience, preferably in upper primary, secondary and senior secondary levels.
Strong knowledge of the Indian national curriculum and educational standards.
Passion for science and environmental sciences education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary:
₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
