Travel Experience Counselor III

Purpose of the Role:

Provides consultative customer support services to clients via multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:

Provides consultative customer support services to clients via multiple channels.
Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail, travel insurance, visas) for moderately complex travel itineraries/BO task.
Knowledge of complex ticketing/exchange/fares and routings
Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation.

First level

Invoice & Billing related queries
GDS queue monitor
Liaise with vendors/suppliers
Works under moderate supervision
Escalates more complex problems to more experienced staff.
Assignments include both routine and nonroutine work.

Qualifications:

Experience

Graduation is must
3+ years of experience working in a customer service environment that includes 2+ year as a travel counselor.
Should have experience of EMEA, NORAM and APAC market.

Languages

Fluent English
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

Good travel industry knowledge
Geographical knowledge, Airline hubs, interline airline agreements & fare.
Knowledge of International Rail and CAR booking
Skilled in GDS preferred Amadeus
Should be able to work in 24/7 environment in voice process
