Job Overview

Rankmantra is looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our IT services, and assisting with lead generation. This is a full-time position suitable for Freshers with less than 1 year years of experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our IT services
Provide information about the company's products and services
Assist with lead generation by identifying potential customers and gathering their contact information
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent level of communication
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities
