About Us:
Clover was set up in the year 2008 to create a transformation in the field of organic agriculture, aquaculture and waste water treatment by creating sustainable value chains.
We have a state-of-the-art factory in Dehradun to produce advanced organic inputs for all our verticals, which help in implementing these solutions.
We work with the Government, NGO and the private sector for delivering the aforesaid products and solutions across various States.

Key expectations from the role:
- Answering phones and explaining the product/services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or equivalent.
- Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hardworking individual.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
