    Role Overview:


    As a CFO Advisory Consultant, you will play a key role in providing strategic financial leadership and advisory services to our clients.

    You will work closely with executive teams to assess financial health, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to drive growth and profitability.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
    • Performance Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate exposure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Mergers & Acquisitions: Support clients in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and posttransaction integration.
    • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize resource allocation to drive cost savings and improve profitability.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. years of experience in financial advisory, consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance roles.
    • Proven track record of delivering strategic financial leadership and advisory services to clients.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with executive stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred.
