Responsibilities:
- Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients to generate sales.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Handle customer grievances and preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate company sales.
- Keep a record of all sales calls and notes of useful information.
- Provide outstanding customer support and handle inbound marketing calls.
- Suggest ways to utilize client feedback to improve services.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with UK accent.
- Ability to convince even the toughest individuals to make a purchase.
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
