Customer Service Executive - Remote, India - Smart Moves Consultants
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product information, resolve issues, and assist customers with their purchases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve escalated issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication
Working Days:
Monday - Saturday; 5 AM - 3/3.30 PM
CTC:
Upto 5.4 LPA (decided post interview)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
