Responsibilities:


B2B IT Sales:
Leverage existing B2B IT sales experience to drive the sales of enterprise software solutions.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.


Lead Generation and Relationship Building:
Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to generate high-quality leads.

Identify and establish relationships with users, sponsors, and decision-makers within customer organizations.


Product Pitch and Presentation:
Effectively pitch enterprise software solutions with a focus on SAP, Microsoft, Zoho, Workday, SuccessFactors, Freshdesk, etc.

Collaborate with the technical team for product demos, ensuring a compelling presentation aligned with client needs.


Negotiation:
Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions with decision-makers.

Tailor proposals to meet the specific requirements of each client.


Market Awareness:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Provide valuable insights to the team based on market observations and client interactions.


Qualifications:
Proven B2B IT sales experience, preferably in product sales within the enterprise software domain.

Demonstrated success in selling SAP, Microsoft (CRM, Dynamics, etc.), Zoho, Workday, SuccessFactors, Freshdesk, or similar solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹11, ₹50,329.15 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • IT sale: 3 years (required)
  • Lead generation: 3 years (preferred)
