    About the Team:
    Have you ever wondered how Meesho makes money when we charge 0% commission to our sellers? Well, we thought outside the box. As a Senior Associate in our Monetisation team, you will get to ideate and execute similarly near-impossible features. We are the ones who unlock value for our users and in turn generate revenue streams for the company. We are a team of 25+ professionals who empower our users with the right tools to grow their business online. We collaborate with the product, finance, business growth and analytics teams to help suppliers across India succeed online.

    As a team, we are big on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We follow flexible work hours and also engage in a number of fun activities outside work - game gangs, book clubs, pub crawls... You name it. The bottom line? At Meesho, you will have fun as you learn and grow.

    About the Role:

    As a Senior Associate in our Monetisation team, you will work directly with the team leaders to own business-critical problems. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to identifying immediate growth levers, setting up processes, owning up their successful implementation and tracking key initiatives Your end goal is to help us scale Monetisation in the next 1-3 year horizon. You'll do this by brainstorming how to increase value from existing monetisation offerings

    What you will do?

    Own end-to-end problem-solving of your workstream including ideation & implementation

    Collaborate with Product & Operations teams to deliver on the defined business objectives, and drive program adherence with relevant teams

    Analyze week-on-week revenue trends and identify levers to unlock opportunities for ad adoption and spends

    Manage project schedules, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly

    Continuously solve edge cases with suboptimal outcomes due to current processes

    Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control

    Improve processes for completeness and better efficiency

    Dive deep into the complex details of the program

    Present detailed problem definitions and solution to senior leadership and execute the solutions

    Be involved in day to day tracking of business critical metrics and setting up fool proof processes to arrest dips

    What you will need?

    Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

    Exposure to e-commerce, sales and advertising

    Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education

    Experience in sales and marketing is preferred

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders

    Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
