    About Us: Zeliot is a new-age deep tech company founded in 2018 with the vision of offering IoT platform-based solutions to enterprises and Automotive OEMs. Since 2018, Zeliot has successfully developed the platform and has hosted more than 100,000 devices. The current platform is used by the likes of Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland, Indian Oil Corporation, Here Maps, and many other marquee customers.

    Zeliot is striving hard to create an ecosystem for the partners by allowing more control over what they would want to sell in turn to their customers. This can be achieved by developing modules on the fundamental level of the software platform, if we could reimagine how the platform modules like data processing pipelines, Telematics Hub, and Microservices are monetized, then the partners will eventually have more control over how and what they want to sell to their customers, who could be either large enterprises or Auto OEMs. With this vision in place, we are productizing each component of the software platform, we are investing a good amount of time & money to create a data computation package for the IoT device, this package will eventually run on the edge devices and will also us to control a lot of data parameters before sending it the cloud.

    The combination of platform products and the edge package will bring in a lot more efficiency in the way the IoT data especially telematics data is handled, this will lead to huge amounts of savings for our partners/customers in terms of cloud expenses. The GTM for Zeliot is by offering the above-detailed solution set as a deep tech product for IoT to all the partners across the globe and has a context menu.

    Location: Bangalore

    The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the whole of the proposed change,

    co-ordination of the programme's projects and management of their inter-dependencies.

    Key Requirements:

    • The program manager is responsible for delivering projects and change requests.
    • The role requires effective coordination of the program's projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.
    • It also includes the coordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and the realization of projected benefits.
    • In most cases, the program manager will work full-time on the programme.
    • The role is crucial for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.
    • The programme manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme.
    • They will develop and maintain the programme environment to support each project within it.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
    • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards
    • Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams
    • Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, following the programme plan and programme governance arrangements
    • Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the programme's individual projects
    • Managing third party contributions to the programme
    • Managing communications with all stakeholders
    • Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
    • Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome

    Skills and Attributes needed to be a Program Manager:

    • The individual appointed as programme manager must have the necessary seniority to be able to take on the responsibilities associated with the role.
    • The balance of skills required of a programme manager often changes as the programme develops.
    • The person with the skills to identify or define the programme may not necessarily be the right person to drive through its implementation.

    The programme manager should have:

    • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good understanding of one of the programming languages
    • Good understanding of the Internet of Things devices and software platforms
    • Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
    • Sound business case development and approvals skills
    • Good knowledge of programme and project management methods
    • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
    • Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects about the
    • programme
    • The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

    Education and Experience Required:


    • Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA

    or MCA.


    • Typically, 5 years of experience.
