    Description

    Position-Project Quality Analyst for Manufacturing

    Experience-2 to 6 Years

    Qualification-BE(Mechanical)

    Additional qualifications preferred : PMP, ME,MBA(Operations)

    Location-Pune

    • To work with Project Leaders & Delivery Teams and ensure control of Project Quality & Project Management.
    • To ensure good Project Quality (i.e. Completing project within estimated hours, Adhering to schedules, and Delivering Engineering Quality) by thorough project initiations & planning, appropriate resource allocations, identifying project risks & monitoring mitigation plans, monitoring defined project execution processes & checking process adherence, conducting project quality audits, preparing Project Health Dashboards (with Project Health status, project progress, current & projected effort variance, brief project status, etc.), tracking of project issues (critical errors, complaints, customer dissatisfactions, escalations, etc.), identifying root causes (for issues, effort variance, & schedule delays), corrective actions planning & tracking, conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions on Lessons Learnt & ensuring that issues don't recur, preparing & analyzing project performance matrix at project closure, conducting monthly review meetings with Heads & Project Teams, etc.
    • To ensure good Project Management by availability of WBS in MS Project at Proposal Stage, Resource Allocation in MS Project, Resource Utilization, Weekly project progress monitoring (planned vs. actual) for all projects, scheduling & tracking in MS Project, timely delivery tracking & raising timely alarm, monitoring of corrective actions defined (by Project Leaders) for schedule delays, etc.
    • To design & conduct customized training / implementation programs in Quality & MS Project and spread Quality & Project Management Culture at Neilsoft.
    • Candidate should have good personality and good planning, auditing, reporting, communication (verbal & written), presentation, training, negotiation, and convincing skills.
    • Candidate must be open & willing to do all it takes to ensure good Project Quality & Project Management at Neilsoft.
