Roles & Responsibilities:

A strong command of business analysis techniques including requirements gathering and documentation business outcomes user stories functional design process flows
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Provide Support to development team in understanding requirement & production support
Provide high level and detailed design guidelines to development and testing teams
Knowledge of Business Process Modelling using decision table's trees and data flows, etc.
BRD/FSD Documentation
Provide production support with proper RCA
User Flow/ Process Flow Charts, Diagrams

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken with proficiency in MS office (Excel and word)
Business Acumen
Problem Solving & Analytical skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Proficient in the suite of Microsoft Office products and other business analyst tools
BE / B-Tech + MBA /PGDM with Minimum of 3 years' experience as business analyst role in Life insurance domain
