    The Opportunity :


    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling IT solutions to the BFSI industry, ideally with substantial exposure to Testing Services & Quality Assurance.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, pursuing sales opportunities with enthusiasm and vigor.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target organizations and key decision-makers.

    Proactively contact potential clients to introduce our capabilities, assisting them in evaluating our solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

    Leverage internal teams to convert prospects and establish a robust sales pipeline.
    Develop strategic alliances and partnerships, enhancing channel sales within the assigned region.
    Articulate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and clients.
    Frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and enhance client relationships.

    Desired Skills and

    Experience:

    Demonstrated expertise in IT/ITeS sales, particularly within the BFSI sector.
    Strong capability in lead generation and independent prospecting.
    Minimum of 4 to 8 years of sales experience targeting financial institutions in India.
    Preferred experience in selling directly to Indian banks.
    Skilled in selling services and solutions with a strong understanding of the BFSI industry's unique needs.
    Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
    Ability to nurture relationships and foster future business opportunities.
    Proficiency in proposal writing and delivering compelling presentations.
