To Prepare detailed feasibility report of the project, design, develop & produce presentation drawings

Preparation of files, communicate with legal department for necessary documents for submission of NOC, Building Sanctions, Assessments, Sub Numbers and other approvals.
Communicating with Accounts Department and arranging payments to obtain NOCs, Sanction/approvals from the various Government bodies.
Follow up with the Government Officers and other consultants regarding NOCs and Plan Sanctions.
To obtain various approvals of the project such as I.O.D., Commencement Certificate
To arrange site visit with Government Engineers for all the sanctions / permissions at various stages.
To obtain all the necessary approvals / NOCs from Portfolio Available upon Request
To obtain all the necessary approvals / N.O.Cs from respective departments of Municipal Corporation & local Ward Office.
Periodic site visits to verify the construction is as per the sanctioned drawings.
Prepared details architectural drawing like plans, elevations, internal layout and section with all dimensions and nomenclature.
Prepared area calculations, schematic drawings and construction drawing for all externalinternal services of buildings.
Coordinated with Site Engineers / Contractors / MEP Consultants.

Environmental

Responsible for all statutory and technical aspects related to environmental engineering compliances of projects undertaken by prestige.
Attend meetings on behalf of company with Statutory agencies to obtain environmental clearance, provide clarifications, validate all presentation material shown to authorities, etc
Conduct and prepare environmental monitoring tests and reports during construction and operational phase of project.
To carry out other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
