    Job Description :

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, web-based applications, and API testing. The candidate should be detail-oriented, with a passion for quality and a drive to continuously improve processes.

    Responsibilities :

    • Analyze and understand business requirements and functionality of web and Android-based applications.
    • Plan and execute software testing, primarily in integration test capacity.
    • Conduct functional and non-functional testing, including regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing.
    • Work closely with the development team from design to implementation through deployment for projects.
    • Write, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
    • Create bug reports and testing summary reports.
    • Perform database testing, including data conversion and migration.
    • Coordinate effectively between the development team and support team.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 2 years and 8 months of experience in manual testing and web-based applications.
    • Experience in API testing with the Postman tool.
    • Knowledge of MySQL, and MongoDB for database testing.
    • Expertise in Agile Methodology.
    • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
    • Experience with bug reporting/tracking tools such as JIRA.
    • Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
