    Hiring – Quality Analyst for US banking voice process

    Job description

    Role and Key Responsibilities:

    Job description

    Quality Analyst (US Banking Voice/ non Voice process) Monitors, evaluates and audits inbound

    • Meet departmental productivity requirements
    • Participate in calibration and call listening sessions with Quality staff, Delivery, and clients to ensure scoring consistency and best practice implementation.
    • Participate in internal quality audits and designed to improve overall contact quality and recommend changes.
    • Maintain strong program knowledge base, basic understanding of client products, services and/or program strategies.
    • Contribute to maintaining forms and legends documents.

    Key skills & knowledge:

    Excellent knowledge on business understanding of Banking Terminology

    • Graduate degree with 2 – 5 years of experience is mandatory

    Should be a QA in US banking process on papers is must(fraud/dispute)

    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet timelines or deliverables.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Should be ready to work in shifts
