  • Efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls from clients within the real estate sector.
  • Address customer inquiries adeptly through telephone interactions.
  • Cultivate and sustain profitable customer relationships through meticulous followup calls.
  • Furnish clients with detailed property information as per their requirements.
  • Arrange client property visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Positive demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
This role is office-based.
