Admin ExecutiveRoles and Responsibilities
- Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with mínimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies.
- Schedule and implement organization's staff meetings, events, and off sites. Knowledgeable about organizing events.
- Schedules and organizes complex calendar activities such as meetings, agendas, luncheon arrangements, travel plans and department activities.
- Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s)
- Calendar management and associated tasks, booking conference rooms, audio visual equipment, copies, preparing docs & scheduling meetings, etc.
- Analytical and able to resolve administrative issues.
- Flexible with change and able to shift gears quickly.
- Incredibly organized, detailoriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments.
- Printing, collating, as needed by the team. Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports.
- Track all documents for approval and signage. Maintain Office facilities as needed.
Qualification for Admin Executive
- Professional, proactive, excellent writing and grammar skills and great communication skills.
- Previous experience supporting executives at all levels or above in a startup environment, preferred.
- Hands
- 2 4 years or more experience as an Admin Executive.
