Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


Database Management:


  • Design, develop, and maintain databases to store and retrieve organizational data efficiently.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data validation procedures.

Report Generation:


  • Generate and distribute regular reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Customize and automate reports based on the specific needs of different departments.

Data Analysis:


  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Provide recommendations based on datadriven insights to improve organizational performance.

System Optimization:


  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize information systems and databases for efficiency and performance.
  • Implement improvements to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

User Training and Support:


  • Provide training to users on MIS tools and systems.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with data access or reporting.

Data Security:


  • Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Stay informed about best practices and technologies related to data security.

Integration of Systems:


  • Collaborate with different departments to integrate MIS with other organizational systems.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between various systems for a holistic view of organizational data.

Documentation:


  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of MIS processes, databases, and reporting procedures.
  • Keep documentation uptodate with any system or process changes.

Inhouse Software Management:


  • Maintain and keep track of stock levels, Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
  • Responsible for meticulous recording and management of data inflow and outflow within the organization.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an MIS Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in database management systems.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience:


  • Minimum 6 Months of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
The role may evolve to include additional responsibilities based on business needs.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹17,000.00 per month
