    Synopsis:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated solution architect specializing in data science and machine learning to join our dynamic team.

    This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our data-driven initiatives and contributing to the success of our organization.

    A Day in Your Life:

    Solution Architecture:


    • Design and architect endtoend solutions for complex data science and machine learning projects.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, robust, and efficient technical solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project and Technology Evaluation:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and machine learning.
    • Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the organization's capabilities.
    Project Management:


    • Lead and manage the execution of Data Science and Machine Learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address challenges
    Collaboration and Communication:


    • Foster collaboration between the data science, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    Team Leadership and Development:


    • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team
    Skills in the spotlight:


    • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on Data Science and Machine Learning.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Python
    • Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data science tools.
    • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [industry/sector] and understanding of how Data Science and Machine Learning contribute to business objectives.
