    The Challenge

    Adobe is looking for an experienced Leader (she/he) with 15 + years of experience around Digital Transformation and led a team or Practice involving Data Science and Innovative Futuristic technologies like – Generative AI , ML, Cloud . Expertise in creating new technology Led Solutions cutting across Industry Verticals and tightly ingrained with Digital Marketing Capabilities. Has the ability to work with tech teams to implement Gen AI working in matrix organization and Inculcate a Fabric of Innovation within Teams.

    What you will do :

    Gen AI Transformation leader (Presales and Solutions) is responsible for

    • Align to the Organizations Goals and be able to lead a Practice through Innovation, thought leadership.
    • Work closely with various business groups and clients within the business lines to understand the problems, improve collaboration and seek opportunities to drive Gen AI solutions.
    • Support the Presales /sales team in driving Gen AI strategies for our customers by demonstrating the right solution set & migration strategies along with tools and techniques to drive the change.
    • Work with Solution Architects to lead customer discovery workshops, Design customer solutions, including the associated services, as well as quality assurance of complex customer-specific solutions.
    • Identify existing accounts and plan grounds up Gen AI & other tech interventions and take responsibility to work with delivery to implement Gen AI and show results.
    • Collaborate with product Organizations to be abreast of evolving gen AI Capabilities and be able to re-imagine services corresponding to the capabilities to be taken to Customers.
    • Lead Tech Innovations and GTM Branding through External and Internal Cohorts and create a culture of Tech Growth
    • Collaborate with external Eco System to gather POV's on the Gen AI evolutions. Drive R&D and Point Solutions to lead Co-Innovation conversations with Customers.
    • Participate in RFIs, RFPs for Gen AI Transformation deals & opportunities.
    • Presentations of the solution concepts to customers / partners at CXO level
    • Be the focal point for Gen AI based solution for Gen AI team
    • Strategy Development: Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through Machine Learning and AI across Adobe stack.
    • Project Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of high-profile software projects based on machine learning. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding defined objectives and quality standards.
    • Team Building and Leadership: Build and lead a world-class team of AI ML engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Ensure the team is updated with the latest ML/AI trends and technologies, driving their skill development and career growth.
    • Executive Communication: Communicate effectively with senior executives, providing them with clear, concise, and compelling updates on the portfolio of ML projects. Translate complex technical concepts into business language, helping executives understand the benefits and challenges of ML/AI initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
    • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in managing ML/AI initiatives.
    • Proven track record of delivering ML/AI projects that have led to significant improvements in efficiency and productivity.
    • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
    • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in building business cases for technology investments.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to a non-technical audience.
