- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with American customers to understand their system needs and ensure their requirements are met efficiently.
- IT Expertise: Design, implement, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions tailored to customer needs. Provide training and technical support as needed.
- Team Coordination: To coordinate with both domestic and international teams, ensuring smooth project progress and excellent customer relations.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Experience: Previous experience working with American clients is highly desirable.
- Education: A strong academic background in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications: PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Team spirit, excellent communication, and coordination abilities. Must be able to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential for liaising with our teams in China.
