    This is regarding the job opening for the role of SAP Success Factor Consultant (Employee Central) with a Dubai Based HR Tech Company.

    Permanent Remote Working


    Experience :
    10+ Years

    Responsibilities :

    • Central Consultant (a distant position with onsite needs based on the project).
    - Certified and experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant.


    • Should have done End2End Employee Central implementations successfully.
    - Experience in Exps benefits time off.

    • Experience working with customers
    • Confidence in advising clients on solution specifications based on their business requirements.
    Capability to professionally manage conflict and lead teams.

    • Effectively manage project scope and time constraints without sacrificing quality or customer experience.
    • Good command of English, a team player eager to contribute to the success of the business and the team.
    • A skill set that is always being developed to ensure relevance in a work environment that is changing quickly.
    • A passion for the success of the customer
