Maroon Overseas is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate IELTS trainer to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities_

Conduct IELTS Training Sessions:
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive IELTS training sessions to students of varying proficiency levels. Focus on improving their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in alignment with the IELTS examination requirements.

Curriculum Development:
Design and develop comprehensive and structured IELTS curriculum, including lesson plans, study materials, and assessments. Keep the curriculum up-to-date with the latest exam trends and changes.

Individualized Instruction:
Provide personalized attention and guidance to students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and tailoring teaching methods accordingly. Monitor their progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Exam Strategies and Techniques:
Familiarize students with effective strategies, tips, and techniques to tackle different sections of the IELTS exam. Train them to manage time effectively and build confidence in their abilities.

Mock Tests and Assessments:
Administer regular mock tests and assessments to evaluate students' progress and readiness for the IELTS exam. Analyze their performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted interventions.

Motivation and Support:
Inspire and motivate students, creating a positive and conducive learning environment. Offer guidance and support throughout their IELTS journey, addressing their concerns and providing resources for self-study.

Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest developments and changes in the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and assessment trends. Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities

Cooperate with video tutorials for the advertising purposes.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
