    Job Title: Fertility Center Operations Manager

    • We are seeking an experienced Fertility Center Operations Manager to join our team.

    Job Description:

    1. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fertility center, ensuring that all aspects of care meet high standards. This includes administrative tasks such as staff management, inventory control, budgeting, financial reporting and marketing.
    2. You will be expected to work closely with medical teams including IVF Consultants Embryologists Nursing Staff Finance Department Marketing Team HR Department Referral Doctors Vendors Accreditation Bodies Patients And Families etc., ensuring effective communication throughout various departments
    3. This role also involves developing process improvements working closely with multidisciplinary teams participating actively during meetings brainstorm sessions other forums where ideas can flow freely!

    Required Skills And Qualifications:

    Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/ BHMS) Experience Minimum 5 Years Of Healthcare Industry Expertise In Managing Hospital OR Multi-Specialty Facilities Knowledge About Clinical Coordination Patient Safety Quality Assurance Programs Compliance Audits
