Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Manage daytoday operations of the company, including but not limited to:
Overseeing production processes
Managing inventory levels
Coordinating logistics and supply chain activities
Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, and sales, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
Monitor and control operational costs to optimize profitability.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in operations management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
