Overview:

The SAP FICOFund and Grant Management role is crucial for our organization asit involves managing and optimizing the use of funds and grantsthrough SAPs financial and controlling modules. The individual inthis role will play a vital part in ensuring accurate financialreporting compliance with grant regulations and efficient fundutilization.

KeyResponsibilities:

Configure SAP FICOmodules to support fund and grant managementrequirements.
Collaborate with finance andgrant management teams to understand businessrequirements.
Design implement and maintain SAPFICO solutions for fund and grantaccounting.
Perform system testing useracceptance testing and productionsupport.
Develop and maintain documentation forconfigurations processes andprocedures.
Provide enduser training andsupport for SAP FICO modules.
Support financialreporting and analysis for fund utilization and grantmanagement.
Participate in system enhancementsand upgrades related to fund and grantmanagement.
Ensure compliance with grantregulations and funding guidelines.
Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams for continuous processimprovements.
Assist in troubleshooting andresolving SAP FICO module issues.
Monitor andoptimize fund and grant accountingprocesses.
Conduct regular audits to validatefund and grant transactions.
Participate inbudgeting and forecasting activities related to fund and grantmanagement.

RequiredQualifications:

Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Information Technology or relatedfield.
8 years of experience in SAP FICOconfiguration and implementation.
Experience infund and grant accounting within a complex organizationalstructure.
Proficiency in financial reportingand analysis.
Strong knowledge of SAP fund andgrant management functionality.
Ability totranslate business requirements into SAP FICOsolutions.
Experience in endtoend SAP FICOimplementation projects.
Knowledge of grantregulations and compliancerequirements.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks effectively.
Certification inSAP FICO is a plus.
Understanding of budgetingand forecasting processes.
Proven analyticaland problemsolving abilities.
Attention todetail and accuracy in work.
