Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients based on provided leads.
Research and identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Maintain a database of leads and update information regularly.


Client Outreach:
Introduce clients to available properties and explain their features and benefits.
Answer client questions and provide additional information as needed.
Follow up with clients to gauge their interest and willingness to proceed.


Appointment Setting:
Schedule property viewings for interested clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure availability for property tours.
Confirm appointments and provide clients with necessary details.


Sales Pitch:
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the properties.
