    Role Description:

    This position entails a full-time on-site role as a Service Engineer based in Hyderabad. The Service Engineer will undertake the following responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for clients and ensure optimal system functionality.
    • Handle installation and calibration of instruments.
    • Plan, schedule, and carry out troubleshooting and repair tasks.
    • Conduct equipment operation and maintenance training sessions for clients.
    • Manage field parts inventory and testing equipment.
    • Collaborate with manufacturers to address client equipment issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Troubleshooting, Field Service, Communication, and Technical Support.
    • Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Minimum of an Associates degree in Electronic Technology, Electronics, Chemistry, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of Field Service Engineering experience in Biotechnology, Medical, Pharmaceutical, or a related sector.
    • Knowledge of Glass Reactors, synthesizers, flow reactors, pump, and chillers.
    • Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
