    Role Description

    We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on the front end and back end of our software solutions, which are built using HTML5, CSS3, React, Redux, Python, Flask, and RQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimising our web portals and mobile applications that play a crucial role in enhancing user engagement and operational efficiency. This is a Onsite role base in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain web applications using HTML5, CSS3, React, and Redux.
    • Build and enhance the mobile applications using React Native.
    • Integrate user-facing elements developed with server-side logic using Python and Flask.
    • Ensure the responsiveness and scalability of applications across all devices.
    • Collaborate with the design team to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Maintain code integrity and organization.
    • Manage hosting environments, including database administration and scaling applications to support load changes.
    • Implement security and data protection measures.
    • Update and maintain the backend services and APIs.
    • Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting as necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
    • Strong proficiency with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Redux.
    • Experience with server-side languages such as Python.
    • Familiarity with Flask and RQ for backend development.
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
    • Experience with database technology such as PostgreSQL and caching mechanisms like Redis.
    • Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, RDS, ElasticCache, and S3.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a hosting environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
