    Attend query on phone, in person, & mails. Making recommendations according to customer needs and complaints. Dealing with various internal departments/ airlines using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency

    Required Candidate profile

    Should have knowledge of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry. Knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo. Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal Skill.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
    • Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage.
    • Knowledge of airport regulations and procedures is preferred.
    • Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
