Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators
Continuously update job knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

12th pass or higher education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong problemsolving and customer service skills
Proficient in computer and internet usage
Flexible to work in shifts
Must have a personal computer or laptop with good internet connection
