    Description
    Job Title: PerformanceMarketingSpecialistExperience:2 years atleastWork fromoffice Monday toFridayResponsibilities:
    • Utilizepaid acquisition channels such as Facebook and Google ads to driveonline purchases ensuring a favorable Return on Advertising Spend(ROAS).
    • Conduct experiments on various aspectsof our campaigns including targeting landing page experiencespecial offers and messaging with the aim of enhancing overallconversion rates.
    • Analyze campaign performanceusing datadriven insights and quantitativeanalysis
    • techniques closely collaborating withour creative and marketing teams to implement innovativestrategies.
    • Establish key performanceindicators (KPIs) for performance marketing andmonitor
    emerging metrics criticalfor performance management andoptimization.
    • Utilize insightsderived from data analysis to refine and optimize marketingstrategies and campaigns.
    • Leverage inplatformexecution experience to set up and manage campaigns on Facebook AdsManager Google Ads and Google AdWords identifying and addressingmarketing performance issues through root cause analysis usinganalytics tools like GoogleAnalytics.
    • Demonstrate a proven track record ofeffectively managing significant advertising budgets for D2C brandsin the 01 growth stage delivering measurable improvements in ROIand cost per conversion (CPA) across allchannels.
    • Conduct regular audits of conversionrates and execute A/B tests and usertesting/feedback
    initiatives toenhance conversion rates across our digital channels andassets.
    QualificationsandExperience:
    • Demonstratedability to adapt and grow with our agency contributing to our goalof
    • becoming a global leader in theindustry.
    • 25 years of relevant experience inpaid performance marketing with a deep understanding of runningmultiple paid campaigns across Facebook Google and otherplatforms.
    • Experience in customer acquisitionretention and engagement strategies coupled with a stronganalytical mindset.
    • Prior experience workingwith D2C brands is advantageous as is experience within the fashionlingerie or clothing industry particularly with brands in the 01growthstage.
