Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling, configure hardware and software systems according to company policies.
Perform troubleshooting to system failures repair network, hardware, and software components and identify bottlenecks to ensure the longterm efficiency of the network.
Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs.
Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.

Evaluate the network by routine maintenance and inspection of network and server systems performance and find ways of improvements.

Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work including troubleshooting Outlook issues and backup & restoring data.
Do regular data backups to protect the organization's information
Provide technical direction to coworkers on the computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions.
Maintain IT infrastructure and manage help desk issues.
Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, and other computing platforms.
Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses.
Information Technology Associate will assess and respond to their IT needs as well as provide maintenance and support for office technology.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in the related field.
Analytical thinking and problemsolving ability.
Ability to work under pressure

Education/Experience:
Qualification: - 4 years of experience in the above-specified fields.

Salary:
₹300, ₹360,000.00 per year
