Required :

- 5+ years of solid experience with a wide range of web, backend, or mobile technologies.

- Strong experience of at least one of the following languages in a cloud-based ecosystem : Ruby, React, ReactNative

- Experience presenting technical solutions to customers.

- A proven track record of designing scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

- Experience leading development efforts across multiple projects or workstreams in parallel.

- Experience working with off-shore/outsourced developers across different time zones.

- Experience with code review tools and practices to ensure best practices are followed and code quality gates are achieved.

- Experience with creating documentation, unit tests, integration tests, security, and load tests.

- Solid Understanding of GitOps principles.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (business, engineering, IT) to understand business needs and translate them into technical roadmaps and architectures.

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-level IT solutions.

Select and implement appropriate technologies (hardware, software, cloud platforms) based on project requirements and future scalability.

Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.

Evaluate and integrate new technologies to optimize performance and efficiency.

Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, security best practices, and industry standards.

Mentor and guide software development teams on technical design principles and best practices.

Document technical architectures and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and emerging trends.
