    Minimum 5-7 Years


    Responsibility :

    • To Manage Key AGC Data/Networking Customers
    • Installation Testing & Commissioning of Juniper/Cisco/HP-Aruba/Extreme Networks Switching, Routing, Wireless & Security Products
    • To troubleshoot issues of Data/Networking and provide RCA, To Mentor Team
    • To handle OEM Escalation
    • Managing Vendor & third Party Contractors
    • Project Management
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations

    Mandatory Skills :

    • To Manage Large Enterprise, Manufacturing & Banking Customers with Multi-Location Branch Office Setup.

    Mandatory Technical :

    • Master in Juniper Switching, Routing & Firewall
    • Troubleshooting Complex networking issues
    • Certifications JNCIP-SP or JNCIE-SP and JNCIP-SEC or JNCIE-SEC

    In-depth Knowledge of Switching & Routing Protocols :

    • OSPF, ISIS, IGRP, EIGRP, and BGP
    • QoS, MPLS & VPN
    • Stacking/Virtual Chassis

    Additional Technical skills :

    • Certification of Cisco Switching , Routing & Security


    • Data centre Switching

    • QFX
    • PaloAlto, Cisco ASA, Fortigate and Sophos Firewalls
    • Understanding of MS-Visio & MS-Project

    Soft Skills :

    • Ownership & commitment
    • Excellent Communication Skill
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations
