    SALES MANAGER


    This role is a mid - senior profile to join one of our exciting project and you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Qualification:

    • Assess and qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and timeline.
    - and convert them into closures with potential buyers and investors.


    Client Relationship Management:

    • Conduct property tours and presentations and address client queries.

    Sales Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate with potential buyers and Investors to achieve optimal outcomes

    Market Analysis and Research:

    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales transactions.
    • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably from real estate industry.
    • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT & CRM software.
    • Communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu is a must.
