    Job Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager.

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, giving sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

    The Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and attending industry events.


    • Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.
    • Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.
    • Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients &participating in events
    • Understanding the needs of customers and catering to their Requirements accordingly.
    • Taking customers for project sites getting site visits done and briefing on project USPs thoroughly.
    • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product launches.
    • Report on sales activities to senior management
    • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
    • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
    • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
    • Collecting customer feedback and market research
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors Required Candidate Profile:
    • Candidate Must possess excellent communication skills and be Highly Presentable
    • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
    • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
    • Excellent listening skills.
    • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
    • Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter
    Qualifications
    Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
