    Company Overview

    Swanotel by Swan Suites is a newly established 3-star hotel featuring 70 suites and rooms primarily catering to the corporate IT sector and solo travelers. Situated on gachibowli main road alongside Divyasree Orion, Swan Suites is a well-managed player in the Serviced Apartments and business hotels sector for the past 18 years, boasting various properties in Madhapur and Hitech City, Hyderabad.

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the hospitality field, preferably in the hotel industry or a related sector involving client acquisition from the IT industry. Candidates with a background in dealing with facility managers for business procurement will be prioritized.

    This is a full-time on-site position situated in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager at SWANOTEL Hotel. The Sales Manager's responsibilities include supervising sales activities, formulating and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The primary objective of the Sales Manager is to establish and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, as well as to identify new business opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience in a sales or business development capacity
    • Engaging with facility managers of large companies to determine their monthly room requirements in Hyderabad within the budget and luxury room categories, or liaising with CXO's in smaller IT firms
    • Achieving room occupancy goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
    • Securing vendor contracts for room and accommodation needs from clients
    • Obtaining company databases for targeting corporate contracts
    • Establishing enduring and mutually beneficial relationships with businesses

    Salary Range: INR 5.0 lakhs to 10.8 lakhs CTC along with performance-based bonuses dependent on qualifications, pertinent experience, and eligibility
