    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop accurate and detailed annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Analyze historical financial performance and market trends to provide valuable insights for budgeting processes.


    Financial Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth financial analysis on sales performance, pricing strategies, and profitability. Generate actionable reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making processes for the Sales leadership team.


    Variance Analysis:
    Monitor and analyze actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance. Provide explanations for variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.


    Sales Reporting:
    Develop and maintain regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and relevance.


    Strategic Planning:
    Work closely with the Sales team to contribute to the development of strategic initiatives. Provide financial insights to support decision-making on pricing, product launches, and market expansion.


    Forecasting Accuracy:
    Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to enhance forecasting precision.


    Qualifications:
    Qualified CA Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
