About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in managing and optimizing our sales and order fulfillment processes within the SAP environment.

You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP OTC functionalities, configuration, and industry best practices to ensure efficient and accurate order processing, pricing, billing, and customer service.

Required Skills :

Minimum 12 Years Experience

SAP OTC Expertise :

Proven experience of at least 12 years working with SAP OTC modules, preferably on both SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA systems.

Industry Experience :

Demonstrated experience of at least 12 years in a similar industry (mention the relevant industry here) to understand the specific business needs and processes.

Configuration & Customization :

Strong expertise in configuration, implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of SAP OTC functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.

Pricing & Conditions :

Deep understanding of SAP pricing procedures and the ability to configure various pricing conditions within the system.

Troubleshooting & Analysis :

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues related to order processing, pricing, and billing within SAP OTC.

Functional Design & Configuration :

Extensive hands-on experience in functional design and configuration of SAP OTC processes, including creating detailed specifications for Workbench Repository (WRICEF) objects (Workbench Requests, Enhancements, Customizing Objects, Interfaces, and Function Modules).

Integration Experience (Plus Points) :

Experience with setting up and troubleshooting ALE/IDOC (Application Link Enabling/Intermediate Data Object) integration for seamless data exchange between sales orders and other systems is a plus.

Additional Skills (Plus Points) :

- Experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud for integrated e-commerce functionality (plus).

- Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex configurations, issue handling, order processing, chargebacks, and billing areas (plus).

- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migration or implementation projects (plus).

Communication & Collaboration :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT departments.
