Description
Responsibilities:
- Learn about our portfolio of professional lighting products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions based on their requirements.
- Collaborate with senior sales professionals to understand the sales process and best practices.
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in lighting technology.
- Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer information, interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall revenue objectives of the company.
- Continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge to enhance your performance in the role.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our professional audio products.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Enthusiastic and selfmotivated with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of lighting concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fastpaced sales environment.
- Previous sales experience or internships are advantageous but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Salary:
₹23, ₹26,000.00 per month
