Job Title:
Customer Service Representative (Malayalam/Hindi/Telugu/Kannada)


Location:
Chennai, Velachery


Salary Range:
Rs. 13,600 to Rs. 22,000 plus incentives


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in spoken Malayalam/ Hindi/ Telugu/ Kannada with English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required for freshers

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately

Job Types:

Salary:
₹13, ₹22,000.00 per month
