Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify new customers
  • Primary focus on Security & networking product mix
  • Channel sales, channel recruitment & opportunity progression
  • Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, followup, and cold calling
  • Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
  • Addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/ Cloud
  • Diploma/Degree in Business/ Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
  • Experience in CRM/ ERP tools and knowledge on Networking
  • Experience in vendor management in IT distribution is an asset
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud security and selling IT products is plus
