As an OET (Occupational English Test) Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive English language training and guidance to individuals preparing for the OET examination.
Your primary objective will be to equip students with the necessary skills and strategies to achieve their desired OET scores.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct OET training sessions:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality training sessions that cover all aspects of the OET examination, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing modules.
Ensure that the training sessions are interactive, engaging, and tailored to meet the specific needs of each student.Assess and evaluate students:
Regularly assess the language proficiency level of students and provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement. Monitor their progress throughout the training program and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Develop study materials:
Create or customize study materials, practice tests, and mock exams aligned with the OET examination requirements.
Utilize a variety of resources, including textbooks, online platforms, audio-visual aids, and authentic OET materials, to enhance the learning experience.
Provide individualized support:
Offer personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs. Identify and focus on areas where students require additional attention, and provide strategies to help them overcome challenges.
Foster a positive learning environment:
Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction. Employ effective classroom management techniques to ensure an inclusive and respectful atmosphere.
Stay updated with OET trends and changes: Keep abreast of the latest OET examination updates, including changes in test format, scoring criteria, and assessment guidelines.
Collaborate with team members:
Coordinate with other OET trainers and staff members to share best practices, exchange resources, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program.
Collaborate on curriculum development and implementation of training strategies. Also cooperate with video tutorials.Provide feedback and reports:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress. Prepare regular progress reports for individual students, highlighting their achievements and areas requiring further attention. Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding their progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education,Nursing or a related field (a relevant Master's degree is a plus).
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, with a focus on medical and healthcare vocabulary.
In-depth knowledge of the OET examination format, scoring criteria, and assessment methods.
Previous experience in teaching in OET preparation courses is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their goals.

₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
