Description
Ensure optimal level of customer services.- Collecting all the important documents from the client with care and effort.
- Ensuring that the documents provided by the client are all genuine.
- Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues and provide them the required information.
- Document and maintain all records of different activities and provide updates as per requirement.
- Manage various documents for all the sources efficiently.
- Participate in all departmental meetings.
